Thirty days. No questions worth asking.

The policy

If you're not happy with a LUMINAE candle, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The candle must be unburned, in its original packaging, and the seal intact. We can't accept candles that have been lit.

How to start a return

Write us at hello@luminaeshop.us with your order number and which candles you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid return label (US orders) or instructions for international returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 2 business days and refund the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives broken, wrong, or otherwise off — write us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace the candle or refund you. No return required.

Bundles

Bundles are returnable as a whole set within 30 days, in original packaging, unburned. Individual candles from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
