We ship slowly, carefully, across the Americas.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, Mexico, and most of Latin America. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, write us at hello@luminaeshop.us — we may still be able to get a candle to you.

Rates

United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $60 USD. Orders under $60 are a flat $6 USD.

Canada: Flat rate of $12 USD.

Mexico: Flat rate of $9 USD.

Rest of Latin America: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Processing

Every candle is hand-poured to order. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery

United States: 3–5 business days after processing.

Canada: 5–8 business days.

Mexico: 4–7 business days.

Rest of Latin America: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If anything goes wrong in transit, write us. We respond fast.
